Will you send my letter by mail?
No. Our kids Santa letters are designed to be printed out by you
at home. We do not mail them out.
How do I get my Santa letter and envelope?
You'll receive an email that contains a link to the page where
you can download your letter and envelope. If you don't see the
message in your Inbox, please check your spam folder. You can
also visit our Retrieve Letters page and enter your email
address to access your letter and envelope.
How do I view my letter and envelope?
Your letter and envelope will be displayed in .pdf format.
You'll need Adobe Reader to view your letters. If you don't
already have Adobe Reader on your computer, you can get the
free Adobe Reader download.
How do I print my kids Santa letter and envelope?
When you click on your personalized link, your letter or
envelope should open (be sure you have Adobe Reader - see
question above). To print, go to File>Print. The Santa letters
are designed to print on standard letter (8 1/2 x 11") paper,
and the envelope designs should be printed on #10 envelope
settings. Be sure to set your printer to these settings so the
letter and envelope print correctly.
What should I do if the letter or envelope doesn't print
correctly?
If your Santa letter or envelope is not printing correctly, make
sure you have selected the correct formats for your printer -
Letter (8 1/2 x 11) for the letter and #10 Envelope (4 1/8 x 9
1/2 inches) for the envelope.
How can I make sure my letter or envelope looks great when I
print it?
To ensure the best quality possible, use a heavier quality white
or off-white paper rather than plain #20 computer paper and be
sure to select the highest quality print settings (photo
quality) on your printer to get the best quality.
Can I save my letter and envelope to my computer?
Yes, to save the letter or envelope to your computer, go to your
personal link, open the file in Adobe Reader and go to
File>Save.
How can I make sure my letter or envelope looks great when I
print it?
